Family announce new date for KODA’s Burial
The final funeral rites for the late renowned Ghanaian gospel musician, Kofi Dua Anto known well as KODA have been postponed.
According to the family of the renowned musician, the burial service for KODA will be held on September 20, 2024 at the Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) Dominion Centre on Spintex Road in Accra, Ghana.

Originally, the family had earlier announced July 5, 2024. On the Musician’s facebook page, the family communicated a new date for the final burial service.
“We wish to inform all well-wishers, friends, ministry partners and the general public that the date for the celebration of life for our beloved brother Kofi Dua Anto has been changed from 5th July 2024 to 20th September 2024,” the June 22 post read.
The funeral service will be extended by a private burial ceremony.
Kofi Dua Anot (KODA) died in the early hours of Sunday, April 21, 2024 after suffering a long term sickness.
He is well known at the Ghanaian gospel fraternity and the music industry with hit singles including ‘things are not the same anymore, guide me oh, Bread of Life, and among others.
