Kwadwo Nkansah Car Crash Kills a 3-year-old Boy

The life of a 3-year-old boy was terminated amidst Kwadwo Nkansah’s car accident in Amakom on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

According to Citi News, the deceased, identified as Nana Yaw and his father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah were crashed by the actor’s car.

It was reported by bypasses that the actor was driving at a high speed, leading to the accident.

Nana Yaw and his father were rushed to the hospital, but after sustaining severe injuries, he was pronounced dead on arrival at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

At the moment, Mr Jacob Kofi Amponsah is receiving treatment at the hospital’s emergency unit for a leg fracture.

Family Reactions

Mrs. Victoria Nketiah is a relative of Nana Yaw. Victoria said her in-law and his son were in the front seat when the accident happened.

She recounted that the boy sustained severe injuries and was declared deceased upon arrival at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

“Tawiah passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the hospital, and his father is in critical condition at KATH.”

“My in-law’s family accompanied the police to view the boy’s body at the mortuary,”  Victoria explained during an interview with Angel FM.

She continued to say that the police had not yet finished their investigation to settle the matter amicably.

Mrs. Victoria said that Lilwin’s management team contacted the family to extend their support.

“The police haven’t updated us on their accident investigation. Our concern is that the child was overlooked when the incident happened, as everyone focused on LilWin. The media, too, has prioritised LilWin over addressing the child’s death and finding solutions.”.

“Lilwin’s management visited that hospital to discuss supporting the family. We’ve asked them to wait until the police investigation is concluded,” she said.
